Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Admissions Manager located in Chandigarh, India. The Admissions Manager will oversee the end-to-end admissions process, provide guidance to prospective students, and maintain strong relationships with academic institutions.

Key responsibilities include evaluating student applications, coordinating between students and educational partners, and implementing strategies to improve the admissions process. The role also involves mentoring a team, delivering outreach presentations, and ensuring department goals are achieved with efficiency and accuracy. Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with students, academic institutions, and stakeholders Experience in admissions processes, application review, and records management Knowledge of education counseling and effective outreach practices Team leadership and staff training abilities Organizational and strategic planning skills for managing large-scale admission processes Proficiency in tools relevant to data management and reporting Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, Management, or related field (advanced degree is a plus) Familiarity with regional and international academic institutions is advantageous
