Job description Location: Kochi Employment Type: Full-time WFO Department: Documentation Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Case Manager / Team Lead to assist and lead a team with the preparation, quality control, and submission of migration documentation in accordance with Australian immigration laws and Department of Home Affairs (DHA) standards. The ideal candidate will lead a team of documentation case officers and case coordinators, ensure timely and accurate document handling, and collaborate with Registered Migration Agents and case managers to support client migration outcomes. Key Responsibilities: · Must manage and lead case officers · Assist, Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of documentation officers in the preparation of visa and migration documentation. · Ensure all documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with current DHA requirements and migration regulations. · Liaise with migration agents, legal professionals, and clients to gather necessary documents and clarify requirements. · Review and audit case files for completeness and quality before submission. · Maintain internal documentation templates and ensure consistency and updates as per regulatory changes. · Monitor deadlines and track documentation progress to ensure timely visa submissions. · Implement quality assurance measures and provide training to the documentation team on best practices and legal compliance. · Manage escalated documentation queries and issues with professionalism and efficiency. · Stay updated with changes in Australian immigration laws, policies, and documentation standards. · Contribute to the development of SOPs and knowledge base for internal team use.
Qualifications and Experience: · Bachelor’s degree in law, Business Administration. · Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Australian migration documentation or case preparation (RMA experience preferred). · Proven leadership or supervisory experience in a documentation or case management team. · Strong understanding of visa categories including skilled, family, employer-sponsored, and student visas. · Familiarity with Immi Account, VEVO, Skill Select, and other DHA systems. · Excellent organizational, proofreading, and communication skills. · Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities with high attention to detail. · Proficiency in MS Office, CRM systems, and document management tools.
