Saviynt Engineer

Key Responsibilities Saviynt Implementation & Configuration: • Design, configure, and implement Saviynt IGA modules including user lifecycle management, access requests, certifications, and workflows. • Configure roles, entitlements, approval workflows, and Segregation of Duties (SoD) policies aligned to business requirements. • Lead application onboarding and integrations using Saviynt connectors (AD, Azure AD / Entra ID, JDBC, REST, SAP, cloud apps). Identity Lifecycle & Access Governance: • Manage Joiner–Mover–Leaver (JML) processes and automated provisioning/de-provisioning. • Support periodic access reviews and certification campaigns for SOX, SOC, PCI, and internal audits. • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and audit evidence within Saviynt. Operations & Support: • Provide L2/L3 support for Saviynt-related issues including connector failures and workflow errors. • Support platform upgrades, patches, and enhancements. • Maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and standard operating procedures.

Stakeholder Collaboration: • Work closely with IAM, GRC, SOC, application, and audit teams. • Participate in requirements gathering, solution design, and client workshops. • Provide technical support for pre-sales, PoCs, and solution walkthroughs (where applicable). Required Skills & Qualifications Technical Skills: • Hands-on experience with Saviynt IGA platform. • Strong understanding of IAM/IGA concepts including identity lifecycle, RBAC, access certifications, and SoD. • Experience with Active Directory, Azure AD / Entra ID, LDAP, SAML, OAuth, REST/SOAP. • Working knowledge of SQL, XML/JSON, and workflow configurations. Functional & Compliance Knowledge: • Familiarity with SOX, SOC, PCI DSS, and audit-driven access controls. • Exposure to ITSM processes and enterprise IAM operating models.

Soft Skills: • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to work with global stakeholders. • Strong documentation and attention to detail.
