Xerox is looking for a passionate Performance Test Engineer to join our team in Kolkata ! If you are someone who doesn't just run tests but dives deep into product design, challenges the status quo, and is obsessed with system quality, we want to hear from you. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for assessing system performance, identifying bottlenecks, and ensuring our web applications can handle the demands of our global users.

What We’re Looking For: Experience: 4 to 6 years of hands-on experience in Performance Testing. Education: B.E. / B.Tech from a reputed Engineering College/University. Technical Skillset: Tools: Expert knowledge of JMeter, LoadRunner, Logic Monitor , Grafana Web Services: Proficiency in SoapUI and REST API protocols.

Performance Engineering: Experience with Dynatrace, Fiddler, and profiling/optimization techniques. Databases: Strong RDBMS knowledge (PostgreSQL, MS SQL Server, or Oracle). Infrastructure: Ability to conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) across E2E infrastructure layers.

Soft Skills: Strong communication, analytical troubleshooting, and the courage to collaborate closely with developers on design improvements. Knowledge of working in Agile/Scrum will be ad advantage. Key Responsibilities: Design and implement robust test frameworks and load simulation models.

Analyze performance requirements and handle custom scripting for diverse test environments. Work within Agile/Scrum environments and integrate performance testing into CI/CD pipelines. Troubleshoot complex bottlenecks and provide detailed performance assessments.
