Job Description: Vendor Coordinator – PVD and Electro Plating Process Job Location Vendor plating & PED – Watches & Accessories Division, Hosur Level L2-L4 Reporting to Manager– Vendor Plating & PED 1. Scope of the role Will be responsible for Vendor Development with Robust Process Will be responsible for PVD Process and Electro Plating Process Will be responsible for Continuous Improvements & New Process developments at Vendor Plating 2. Job Profile To ensure CAPA are implemented with the vendors based on the previous feedback Day-to-day interaction with QC-App.

Parts and IDI whenever quality issue happens Coordination with MED for testing of vendor plated components on regular basis Coordination with vendors for new process establishment based on senior colleague’s instruction Ensure testing of samples, like colour measurement, MED testing, etc. for new coatings, new vendors, etc. Ensure input PPP quality requirements are met and bring an agreement on limit-samples between the vendors Visiting new plating vendors for PED related activities Organizing samples for R&D activities and sending to various organizations with proper documentation CFA Audit along with CA, Preparation of plating Market return data · Coordination for field trial watches - visit to field for distribution & analysis and consolidation of results 3. Key Deliverables Monthly Process Audit for Bangalore based Plating vendor and Quarterly process Audit for Rajkot and Delhi based plating vendors Ensure all rejected lots are taken for stripping and recovery on-time Implementation of Process Improvements at Vendor end Maintain all Documents pertaining to process Audit, Market feedback, Process & Quality 4.

The right person B.Sc or M.Sc Physics/ B.Sc Applied Science, Experience & exposure on PVD process and Technology Knowledge on Material Properties & Applications Trouble shooting Skills Analytical Skills Good oral and written communication skills in Tamil, English and Hindi, other Languages are also preferred Working Knowledge in MS Office & SAP application
