IT Engineer

Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals. 2. Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues. 3.

Install, update, and maintain operating systems and applications. 4. Monitor systems for performance and security. 5. Manage regular backups, including Tally software, and ensure data restoration when needed. 6.

Maintain and troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, and internet connectivity. 7. Coordinate with vendors. 8. Implement and monitor antivirus and firewall protection. 9.

Maintain IT logs and asset inventory. 10. Document backup processes and system configurations. 11. Support Tally-related issues and updates with the accounts team. 12.

Assist with IT procurement and system upgrades. Skills and Qualifications: Diploma or degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field. 3–6 years of experience as a IT Engineer (travel industry), IT Executive, or a similar role. Proficiency in Windows OS, Microsoft Office Suite, and basic networking.

Knowledge of Tally ERP backup and restoration processes is essential. Familiarity with antivirus and endpoint security tools.
