Responsibilities: Designtechnicalsolutionsusingourworkflowautomationplatformandruleenginetosolve complexclientbusinessproblems Leadtechnicaldiscoverysessionstouncoverclientrequirementsandtranslatethemintoviable solutions Developproofof concepts andsolutionprototypes todemonstratetechnicalfeasibility Createdetailedsolution documentationandimplementationroadmaps Partner with clients to identify automation opportunities and design optimal workflow solutions Provideexpertconsultationonworkflowautomationbestpracticesandruleengineimplementation Collaboratewithproduct andengineeringteamstoalignclientneedswithproductroadmap Guide clients through technical onboarding and implementation processes Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide advanced support during implementation Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field 1-3yearsofexperiencein technical solution design, implementation, or consulting Provenexperiencedesigningworkflowautomationsolutionsorbusinessprocessmanagement systems Strongunderstandingof ruleengines,integrationpatterns,andAPI ecosystems Proficiencywith JavaScriptandexperienceapplyingitinsolutiondevelopment Experience inclient-facing technical roleswith demonstratedability to translate business requirements into technical solutions Excellent problem-solving abilities with a systematic approach to solution design Outstandingcommunicationskillswithabilitytoexplaincomplextechnicalconceptstonon-technicalstakeholders Experience in solution design, technical consulting, or implementation engineering PreferredSkills: Experiencewithworkflowautomationtools,BPMplatforms,orlow-code/no-codesolutions(e.g., Zapier,Make.com,Appian,Pega, OutSystems) KnowledgeofRESTAPIs,webhooks,andmodernintegrationpatterns Understandingof databaseconcepts Experience with SaaS implementation or enterprise software deployment Background in process optimization or business process reengineering Experience in industries with complex workflow requirements (finance, healthcare, logistics)
