The Role We’re looking for a Node.js Developer who can design, build, and scale backend systems that power our internal platforms and client-facing solutions.

You’ll work closely with consultants, product teams, and designers in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment. What You’ll Do Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Node.js Build and optimize RESTful APIs and microservices Work with databases (SQL/NoSQL) to ensure performance and reliability Collaborate with frontend developers, product managers, and consultants Ensure code quality through testing, debugging, and best practices Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and security Participate in architecture decisions and system design What We’re Looking For 5 years of experience in backend development with strong Node.js expertise Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and modern backend frameworks Experience with databases such as MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or similar Understanding of API design, authentication, and cloud services Familiarity with microservices architecture and scalable systems Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and take ownership in a startup setup Nice to Have Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) Exposure to DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines Background in building analytics or data-driven applications Why Join Us?
