JD:- Required Skills: 2+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow scripting Hands-on experience with: Business Rules Client Scripts Script Includes UI Policies Workflows / Flow Designer Experience with ServiceNow ITSM processes (Incident, Change, Problem, Request) ServiceNow integrations using REST/SOAP Experience with Service Portal Knowledge of ACLs, roles, and security rules Familiarity with update sets and ServiceNow migration activities
