Job Description
Project Description: Digital Shared Services, will facilitate the improvement and enablement of healthcare delivery transformation through the use of information and communication technology. The focus is to provide efficient, effective information management and communication technology processes across the provincial health sector. Copies of degrees or certification required Valid PMP (Project Management Professional) certification.
Proof of the certification shall be provided with the response. PRINCE2 Foundation or Practitioner certification. Proof of the certification shall be provided with the response.
Scrum Master certification. Proof of the certification is requested with the response. Skill and Experience 10 years’ experience conducting research, analysis, costing, forecasting and modeling to support management decision-making, and performing business analysis including trend analysis, forecasting and compensation models.
Examples should include consolidating stakeholder input with data analysis to present findings to management. 5 years’ experience with complex business policy and program analyses requiring strong analytical and problem-solving skills and proficiency in data analysis, costing, forecasting and modelling. 5 years’ experience directly leading analysts or business consultants in large-scale business transformation programs composed of multiple concurrent projects. The examples should be in a lead role where the candidate planned the work for a team of resources, the quality of their work reviewed, and the candidate provided coaching to the team. The experience should include managing analysis for planning, business case development, financial modeling, and /or value stream mapping. 5 years’ experience implementing change in a healthcare environment.
Experience should include analysis/assessments of healthcare service delivery activities and assisting the business through change and transformation. 3 years’ experience implementing EHR solutions – with a focus on Patient Registration & Clinical Documentation. Experience should include analysis of workflows to align with provincial healthcare standards and assisting with system configuration to support clinical workflows, training, and compliance. #J-18808-Ljbffr
