About Noon A new era of design begins Website: https://noon.design/ The role We are looking for a Lead/Staff Frontend Engineer with 6-10 years of experience to serve as the technical anchor for our frontend organization. In this high-leverage, hands-on role, you will be the primary driver of our product's technical excellence, solving complex problems like maintaining high performance on canvases with thousands of AI-generated nodes.

You will balance deep-work coding and day-to-day execution with long-term technical direction and mentoring. We are looking for a leader to help us build the next-generation AI design tool for product teams and reinvent how designers work. What will you be doing?

Own module boundaries, state/data flow, rendering strategy, and extensibility. Drive the frontend roadmap through RFCs and architecture reviews, balancing speed-to-market with long-term maintainability. Own frontend performance across large documents, long sessions, and memory usage.

Set the bar for testing, CI quality gates, observability, and release reliability to ensure a "zero-regression" culture. Mentor engineers and raise the frontend engineering craft across the organization through code reviews and technical workshops.
