Employment Type: Full Time Location: India Industry: IT & Services RPA Developer | About You As an RPA Developer, you are responsible for designing, building, and optimizing enterprise‑grade automations that integrate deeply with backend systems, APIs, and databases. You are comfortable working beyond surface‑level UI automation and thrive in environments with complex legacy systems, internal APIs, and large‑scale data flows. You bring a strong foundation in UiPath development, combined with solid SQL, API, and system integration knowledge.

You enjoy improving automation reliability, performance, and scalability while collaborating closely with business and technical stakeholders. RPA Developer | Day-to-Day Engage directly with business partners to uncover underlying challenges and clarify what users truly need to be successful. Analyze and document workflows to visualize how work currently gets done and identify opportunities for improvement.

Collaborate with Business Analysts to shape well‑rounded requirements that integrate both process insight and user experience considerations. Develop clear, concise deliverables, such as process diagrams, user themes, and operational insights, to support decision‑making. Evaluate where AI, automation, or agent‑driven capabilities could enhance a process once core needs have been defined.

Bring structure to loosely defined or evolving problems by facilitating alignment discussions across cross‑functional teams. RPA Developer | Skills & Experience 5+ years of experience in process analysis, UX research, service design, business analysis, or a related experience‑focused discipline. Strong UX mindset with demonstrated ability to map processes, synthesize user insights, and break down complex problems into clear, actionable components.

Proven communicator skilled in listening, translating technical and business information, and guiding conversations across diverse stakeholder groups. Experience working in data‑heavy environments, including exposure to data products, data quality considerations, lineage, and data‑driven requirements. Ability to navigate ambiguity, bring structure to evolving problem statements, and work effectively in fast‑moving environments exploring AI and agentic models.

Familiarity with AI, automation, or agent‑driven workflows, along with curiosity and openness to learning emerging technologies, is a strong plus.
