Position: Compliance & Regulatory Expert Type: Contract Compensation: $90–$125/hour Location: Remote Role Responsibilities Build long-horizon compliance tasks with deterministic rubrics to evaluate agent performance against verifiable ground truth.

Develop scenarios in policy and program design , regulatory tracking , and assessments with checkable answers. Create policies and training materials covering required elements and defined curricula. Conduct rule change analyses with ground-truth applicability decisions.

Design risk assessments with defined scoring and DPIAs with correct control mappings. Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines and improve task quality. Qualifications Must-Have 3+ years in compliance, privacy, or regulatory affairs.

Expertise in GDPR , CCPA/CPRA , SOX , AML/KYC , or the EU AI Act . Proficiency in producing compliance artifacts: policies, risk assessments, training materials, regulatory change memos. Clear written communication; ability to articulate reasoning and encode it into deterministic rubrics.

Preferred CIPP , CAMS , JD , or equivalent certifications. Compensation & Legal Hourly contractor , Paid weekly .
