Recognized across Canada and the United States, Pit Lane Sim Racing is a leading retailer and integrator of racing and flight simulators, offering a variety of solutions, from individual components to complete turnkey systems. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Manager role located in Dartmouth, NS.
The Manager will oversee daily operations, lead and coordinate team efforts, ensure exceptional customer service, and maintain a positive and productive work environment. Responsibilities include managing inventory, streamlining workflow processes, developing team goals, assisting customers with purchases, and supervising marketing and sales initiatives. The role requires an individual who can effectively balance operational oversight with strategic planning.
Responsibilities Maintaining clean and organization standards in the space Managing inventory and stock levels Coordinating purchasing with vendors and suppliers for products and supplies Leading and mentoring team members Coordinating promotional, outbound sales, and marketing activities as directed Greeting and assisting customers Managing online and phone sim racing rental bookings Communicating with customers for product sales or lounge bookings Supporting and assisting other team members in all day-to-day tasks Creating an overall welcome and friendly atmosphere to drive customer service excellence to every aspect of the venue including sim lounge bookings and events Order processing and management Qualifications 4+ years in a management position or managerial role Strong communication with customers and other team members Well organized, including during peak and high volume periods Strong work ethic Reliable and committed Tech savvy with an aptitude for learning new apps and systems (Preferred) Experience with sim racing (Preferred) Prior experience in marketing or sales (Preferred) Familiarity with Canva or other photo editing tools #J-18808-Ljbffr
