What you’ll be doing.  

\n

As the Customer Service Officer, you will be the first point of contact for many customers and visitors, providing onsite reception services and practical administrative support across our South Yarra, Prahran, Brighton, Hampton East and Flemington. You will provide welcoming front desk service, responsive customer support and accurate administrative assistance across our operational GLM (Ground Lease Model), sites.

We are seeking a full time, proactive Customer Service Officer to provide reception and administrative support across our GLM (Ground Lease Model) operations. This is a key frontline role, suited to someone who enjoys helping people, maintaining accurate information, and supporting teams to deliver high-quality services that contribute to CHL’s vision of a world without housing poverty.
