Product Owner, Xsolla Partner Network

Overview

In this Product Owner role, you will help shape Xsolla Partner Network (XPN), a two-sided marketplace connecting game publishers with creators. You’ll translate customer insights into priorities and collaborate with design and engineering to ship features that move both sides forward. You’ll balance needs across publishers and creators, guiding the roadmap and ensuring delivery from kickoff to release.

You will work with a distributed team, driving fast, iterative improvements that unlock creator campaigns and monetization. This role offers a meaningful opportunity to influence how creators and publishers discover and grow each other’s businesses.

• Research and discovery with publishers and creators to derive product insights
• Coordinate the roadmap with the Product Director and balance stakeholder needs
• Write clear PRDs for design and engineering
• Manage delivery in Jira from kickoff to release
• Define and track metrics to guide future development
• Act as the hub for product communications across teams and partners

• 3+ years in product management or product ownership shipping software with an engineering team
• Strong ability to extract insights from customer conversations and translate into product decisions
• Clear ability to write concise, actionable product requirements
• Partnership with engineering including backlog management and sprint planning
• Cross-team communication and being a go-to product resource
• Adaptability to a fast-moving, globally distributed team
• Understanding of video game marketing, including user acquisition, community building, and influencer campaigns
• Familiarity with creator platforms (YouTube, Twitch, TikTok, or Kick) and their analytics/monetization tools
