In this role you will empower the sales team by shaping SAP SuccessFactors-based solutions for international clients. You’ll engage with prospects, design tailored SAP SuccessFactors offerings, and demonstrate value through compelling presentations. You’ll collaborate with sales, technical, and implementation teams to ensure a smooth transition from presales to delivery.

• Product demonstrations and presentations of SAP SuccessFactors and SD Worx offerings
• Proposal development and bid responses ensuring alignment with client needs
• Cross-functional collaboration with sales, technical, and implementation teams to enable seamless transition to project execution

• 5+ years in SAP HR Presales
• Deep knowledge of Core HR, Time and Talent modules (preferably SAP SuccessFactors)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills xkdbapo
• Fluency in French and English; Spanish is a plus
• Analytical ability to translate client requirements into effective SAP solutions
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field
