Welder / Service Technician - Onsite Caravan Technician

Resource Labour Hire is seeking Welder / Service Technician for a Manufacturing Company in Keysborough. This position is casual with the potential of going permanent (Full time hours) - Immediate Start

TFN / Casual - $43.25 per hour plus Superannuation.

Immediate Start once Registered & Inducted

Location Keysborough - this is a 4x4 car part accessory company

Welder or Caravan / Mechanical Service Technician - problem solver, machine operator and skilled.

About the role

The primary goal of the Towing Performance Technician (TPC) is to service and modify caravans and vehicles.

The Role Reporting to the TPC Manager, you'll be responsible for servicing and modifying caravans and vehicles. Your duties will include:

• Servicing, modification and repair of trailers
• Fabrication of display stands
• Completing all relevant checklists and paperwork as required
• Preventive maintenance as required
• Identifying opportunities for range growth
• Maintaining a safe and healthy workplace and adhering to safety procedures

About You

Experience with welding, fabrication, servicing, and auto electrical work relevant to trailer chassis and vehicle modifications (desired)

Experience driving a Forklift with a current licence (desired)

Valid and clean Driver's Licence

Certified DSC and ESC installer (desired)

In-depth knowledge of trailer, caravan, and vehicle components

Sound understanding of servicing and modification techniques

Willingness to travel within Australia as required
