Overview

In this role you will oversee day-to-day operations for a portfolio of prime residential and commercial properties in London. You will coordinate maintenance, manage contractors and budgets, and provide discreet support to UHNW individuals and their teams. Youโ€™ll work with property managers, stakeholders and suppliers to keep works on track and maintain high standards.

This is a hands-on, proactive position that shapes the efficiency and service level of a luxury property operation. You will partner with cross-functional teams and sometimes travel internationally to support operations.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations for a portfolio of prime properties
  • Coordinate maintenance, repairs, refurbishments, inspections and preventative maintenance
  • Manage contractors and suppliers: quotes, contracts, schedules, negotiations
  • Liaise with tenants, property managers, estate agents, developers and other stakeholders
  • Act as point of contact for UHNW individuals with discretion and professionalism
  • Conduct property visits and inspections to ensure high-quality work
  • Manage procurement, invoices, budgets, payment tracking and supplier relationships
  • Research and source products, services and specialist suppliers
  • Manage multiple projects and keep deadlines and actions on track
  • Maintain accurate property records, supplier databases and operational docs
  • Prepare reports and presentations for senior stakeholders
  • Provide wider operational support to the team, including occasional international travel
Key requirements
  • Experience in prime/high-end residential property, private estates, facilities or operations management
  • Strong understanding of property maintenance, repairs, refurbishment and contractor management
  • Experience working with high-net-worth/private clients
  • Confident managing contractors, budgets, quotes and service agreements
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Proactive, hands-on and able to work independently
  • Professional, discreet and confident dealing with senior stakeholders
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent organisational and administrative skills
  • Monday-Friday schedule in London with up to 75,000 basic
