Group Strategic Finance Analyst

Overview

As Finance Analyst in the Strategic Finance team, you will build and maintain complex financial models to support rapid growth in the UK and internationally. You will work closely with leadership to inform capital allocation, budgeting, and strategic decisions, linking finance to growth and liquidity needs. You’ll prepare financial outlooks, support investor relations, and contribute to board-ready materials.

This role offers exposure to multi-entity financials, capital structure management, and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced, autonomous culture.

• Develop and maintain near-term and long-term financial models across the Group, consolidating多-entity inputs into Group outputs
• Coordinate annual budget preparation within the strategic finance team and Group entities
• Assist the CFO with capital allocation decisions and evaluate new lines of business and investments
• Provide month-end financial outlooks and strategic overlays; support investor relations Q&A and board content
• Prepare financial reports and support lender Q&A to maintain bank relationships; assist in information memoranda and due diligence
• Manage Group guarantees, LC issuance, and capital allocation to subsidiaries; evaluate business cases for new requests/investments

• 2+ years of FP&A or corporate finance experience
• 3-statement financial modelling (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) and strong Excel skills
• Familiarity with financial reporting and month-end processes
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data
• Experience with board and investor reporting and financial presentations
• Ability to present financial/strategic information to senior stakeholders
• Knowledge of capital structure and fundraising is a plus
