They are now looking for a reliable and organised Part-Time Administration & Office Support Officer to join their Sydney team.

This is a varied office support position suited to someone who enjoys being organised, keeping things running smoothly and providing practical support to a busy team.

Working 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday from 10:00am to 2:00pm, you will provide general administration and office support across the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day administrative and office support
  • Answer and manage incoming telephone calls and enquiries
  • Monitor and respond to general email correspondence
  • Data entry and maintaining accurate company records
  • Prepare documents, spreadsheets and general correspondence
  • Assist with filing and maintaining organised documentation
  • Coordinate appointments, meetings and general office requirements
  • Liaise with customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders
  • Assist with invoices, purchase orders and basic accounts administration
  • Maintain office supplies and coordinate general office requirements
  • Assist the team with various administrative tasks and projects
  • Provide general customer service and support when required
  • Undertake other ad hoc administration duties as needed

Attributes / Skills:

  • Must have Permanent Residency or Australian citizenship to apply
  • Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of responsibilities
  • Professional and confident communicating with customers and colleagues
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
  • Computer literate with good skills across Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word and Excel
  • A proactive team player who is happy to pitch in and assist where needed
  • Previous administration or office support experience is highly regarded
  • Organised, reliable and able to manage your time effectively
