Permanent / Full Time
Hours: 37 Hours Per Week (Evening & Weekend working as required)
Salary: Β£29,850 per annum
Location: Hot Desks across Birmingham Museum Sites / Hybrid
We are seeking someone who can help shape how the city's stories reach mass audiences through innovative cross-platform campaigns.
What you'll be doing:
- You'll implement marketing campaigns using everything from out-of-home advertising to paid digital and partnership campaigns. Working with colleagues across the organisation, you'll deliver campaigns that expand our reach to new audiences.
- This role directly impacts visitor attendance and income across Birmingham Museums' venues. You'll manage specific campaign budgets and work with the Brand & Marketing Manager to deliver measurable results.
What you'll bring:
- An understanding of the Trust's commitment to equality, diversity and inclusion
- Experience of working within a relevant marketing role - where you have led on a creative campaign, engaging underserved audiences
- Experience of planning, delivering and evaluating campaigns
- The ability work efficiently in a team
- An eye for design to help create effective visual campaigns
- A keen interest in museums as well as the culture sector in Birmingham and the wider region
