Descripción

• Oversee record-to-report processes, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Prepare and review financial statements in compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Monitor and improve internal controls related to accounting and finance processes.
• Collaborate with internal and external auditors during audits.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Ensure compliance with local and international financial reporting requirements.
• Provide financial analysis and insights to support decision-making processes.

Perfil buscado (h/m)

A successful Senior Analyst RTR should have:

• Proven experience in accounting and finance roles, particularly in the FMCG industry.
• Strong knowledge of record-to-report processes and financial reporting standards.
• Proficiency in financial systems and tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
