Data Analyst

Overview

In this role you will own the fraud aspect of PuzzlePlay’s user segmentation, shaping how signals are interpreted to detect suspicious activity and inform revenue decisions. You’ll collaborate with product and data teams to keep the segmentation system effective as fraud patterns evolve. You will refine signals, assess verification tools across markets, and improve the manual review process.

This is a hands-on, impact-focused role in a high-growth, mobile-gaming environment with a strong emphasis on data-driven risk controls.

• Review and refine fraud signals to separate suspicious activity from legitimate use
• Own fraud-related user segments within the segmentation system and monitor performance over time
• Collaborate with product on fraud verification tools for different markets
• Investigate users flagged for manual review, improving the Tremendous queue process
• Identify gaps in signals and propose third-party tools for the product roadmap

• Hands-on experience using data to investigate fraud and shape detection or prevention decisions
• Experience designing or improving fraud signals, user segments, or review processes
• Ability to translate analysis into operational fraud controls in collaboration with product and data teams
