Previous solar experience would be beneficial, but we're also interested in candidates from other monitoring, engineering, utilities or data-led environments with transferable skills.

- Reviewing and prioritising alarms and potential faults.
- Analysing operational data and investigating performance issues.
- Calculating and reporting against operational KPIs.
- Producing regular performance reports and maintaining accurate datasets.
- Working with engineering and operational teams to investigate faults and coordinate corrective actions.
- Supporting the troubleshooting of site communication systems and network connectivity.
- Maintaining asset information within maintenance management systems.
- Identifying trends and anomalies within large datasets.
- Helping improve internal reporting and the way operational data is used across the business.
There will also be some requirement to provide monitoring support during weekends and bank holidays.
What we're looking for
Strong Excel and data analysis skills are the main requirements for this position. You'll need to be comfortable handling large datasets, spotting inconsistencies and translating data into useful information.
You'll also need:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- The ability to organise and prioritise your workload.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Confidence working independently as well as with wider operational and engineering teams.

- SCADA or remote monitoring platforms.
- Solar PV performance monitoring.
- Alarm or fault management.
- CMMS / maintenance management systems.
- Operational performance reporting.
