Migration Delivery

• Lead Jira and Confluence migration activities from planning through production cutover.

• Coordinate migration waves, testing cycles, and go-live activities.
  
\n
• Support project, issue, workflow, space, and attachment migration activities.
  
\n
• Ensure migration deliverables are completed on schedule and meet quality standards.
  
\n

Technical Leadership

\n

\n
• Provide guidance to Atlassian Engineers, Developers, and Administrators.
  
\n
• Review configurations, permissions, workflows, schemes, and customizations.
  
\n
• Validate migration readiness and identify technical risks.
  
\n
• Drive issue resolution during migration execution.
  
\n

\n

Application & Integration Support

\n

\n
• Assess Marketplace Apps and migration dependencies.
  
\n
• Coordinate migration of supported plugins and integrations.
  
\n
• Support Jira-Confluence application linking and configuration activities.
  
\n
• Assist with automation and reporting setup in Atlassian Cloud.
  
\n

\n

Testing & Validation

\n

\n
• Manage SIT, UAT, and post-migration validation activities.
  
\n
• Coordinate defect tracking and resolution.
  
\n
• Validate data integrity and user access post migration.
  
\n
• Support business users during testing and cutover.
  
\n

\n

Stakeholder Management

\n

\n
• Work closely with client SMEs, application owners, security teams, and project managers.
  
\n
• Conduct migration workshops, status updates, and technical reviews.
  
\n
• Provide regular progress reports, risks, and mitigation plans.
  
\n

\n

Required Skills

\n

\n
• 7-10+ years of Atlassian experience.
  
\n
• Strong expertise in Jira Software, JSM, and Confluence.
  
\n
• Experience with Jira Cloud Migration Assistant (JCMA) and Confluence Cloud Migration Assistant (CCMA).
  
\n
• Strong understanding of workflows, schemes, permissions, automations, and Marketplace Apps.
  
\n
• Experience supporting enterprise-scale Atlassian migration projects.
  
\n
• Excellent client communication and leadership skills.
  
\n

Detailed Job Description - Lead the execution of Jira and Confluence Data Center to Cloud migration activities, ensuring successful planning, configuration, testing, and go-live. Act as the primary technical lead for migration teams and collaborate with architects, client stakeholders, administrators, and developers to deliver a seamless cloud transformation
