We are currently seeking a reliable and caring Personal Care Worker (PCW) / Assistant in Nursing (AIN) to provide home care support to a client in Warner.

\n

\n

The role involves providing practical support within the client's home and assisting with their day-to-day care needs.

\n

\n

A Fijian/Indian background and Hindi-speaking worker is preferred.

\n

\n

Shift Details

\n

Monday, Wednesday, Friday

\n

2 hours per day initially

\n

Increasing to 3 hours per day from October

\n

Ongoing regular shifts

\n

Immediate start available

\n

\n

What We’re Looking For

\n

PCW/AIN experience

\n

Previous home care or personal care experience preferred

\n

Reliable and compassionate approach

\n

Ability to work independently in a client's home

\n

Good communication and interpersonal skills

\n

Hindi-speaking preferred

\n

\n

About you:

• Qualifications/Requirements: 
\n
• Minimum - Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) Desirable
\n
• NDIS Workers Clearance
\n
• Police Check with no notable offences 
\n
• Australian Workers Rights
\n
• Vaccinated against COVID-19 & Influenza
\n
• Minimum of 6-months' work experience
\n
• Reliable, ability to work autonomously & understanding of scope of practice.
\n
• Compassion and a genuine commitment to caring for others.
\n
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
\n
• Ability to adapt to dynamic changes in the healthcare environment.
\n
• Reliable Transport
