Position: Sales Manager - Electric Motors
Experience: 5–7 Years
Job Type: Full-time
Location: Warje, Pune
Key Responsibilities:
- Build a team
- Generate and manage key account business, leads to conversion
- Develop and management of team
- Develop and maintain key customer relationships
- Develop and maintain channel partners
- Achieve quarterly sales targets through team
- Prepare reports and provide regular updates
- Coordinate with the internal team for smooth order execution
Requirements:
• 5–7 years of experience in field sales and leadership role
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Willingness to travel across Maharashtra
• Target-oriented and self-motivated
