About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Executive / Manager with strong experience in Domestic IT Staffing to drive business growth, build long-term client relationships, and manage client engagements. The ideal candidate should have strong business development, negotiation, communication, and client management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify new business leads through LinkedIn and other lead-generation platforms.
• Develop and execute strategies to engage and convert potential clients.
• Build, manage, and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
• Drive business growth and achieve weekly, monthly, and quarterly targets.
• Own the end-to-end recruitment cycle and delivery process.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Conduct regular client reviews to ensure high levels of satisfaction and service quality.
• Identify industry trends and best practices in Domestic IT Staffing to support continuous improvement.
• Manage multiple client engagements while ensuring timely delivery and business objectives.

Requirements

• 2–8 years of experience in Domestic IT Staffing Services, preferably handling large client engagements.
• Candidates must have experience specifically in the Domestic IT Staffing industry.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
• Excellent project and time-management abilities.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.
• Proven ability to build relationships with stakeholders at different levels.
• Experience managing client engagements and achieving revenue and profitability targets.
• Hands-on experience with ATS and recruitment tools.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
