Sales Executive

Location: Green Park, New Delhi | On-site

Experience: 1–4 years preferred; freshers with strong communication skills may apply

Salary: ₹4–6 LPA

About the Role

We are looking for a Sales Executive to join our luxury jewellery showroom. You will handle clients, understand their requirements, present jewellery, follow up with enquiries and convert showroom visits into sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle showroom and online customer enquiries.
• Understand client needs, preferences and budget.
• Present and explain jewellery designs and craftsmanship.
• Follow up with prospective clients.
• Build strong client relationships and generate repeat business.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Maintain a premium customer experience.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent Hindi and good spoken English.
• Confident, well-presented and customer-focused.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills.
• Experience in jewellery, luxury retail, hospitality or premium sales is preferred.
