Customer Service Officer

Kingston Park Raceway is the ultimate adrenaline-pumping experience, feel the speed and exhilaration as you race around the track at Australia's premier go karting venue. With three specially-designed outdoor tracks, Kingston Park is a leader in the Out-of-Home Entertainment industry. Qualifications & experience

At least 6 years previous customer service or hospitality experience required

Ability to provide a genuine and unique customer experience. Fantastic attitude and ability to work in a superstar team. Kitchen hand experience. Stock control, stock displays and stock rotation. Problem solving skills and ability to think on the fly.

Ability to stay calm and work under pressure in a busy environment

Tasks & responsibilities

Providing exceptional customer service. Basic computer skills. Merchandising and maintaining excellent store standards. Food preparation and cooking. Work in a Team Environment. Be Hands on, Energetic & Vibrant.
