Customer Service Coordinator

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Coordinator to join a high performing customer service teams. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, coordinating collection requests, managing logistics, updating the internal CRM and ensuring a smooth and efficient customer experience.

Working closely with internal teams and external customers, you will play a key role in maintaining turnaround times, supporting operational requirements, and ensuring customer expectations are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and action return and collection requests, ensuring timely turnaround and availability of equipment
• Proactively follow up with customers regarding outstanding returns and collection schedules
• Coordinate returns and urgent requests with internal stakeholders to meet business deadlines
• Build strong relationships with customers and provide a high level of service throughout the return process
• Liaise with transport providers and drivers to arrange timely collections
• Monitor return timeframes and escalates any potential delays or issues as required
• Maintain accurate records and provide updates to relevant teams.

Skills & Experience

• Previous experience in a customer service, customer support, coordination, or administration role
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build positive relationships with a wide range of stakeholders
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Experience coordinating logistics, inventory, or return processes will be highly regarded
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
