National Glass is currently seeking motivated and safety-focused HR/MR Truck Drivers / Truck Loaders to join our team at our Mount St John manufacturing facility. This is a hands-on role combining local deliveries and away runs throughout North Queensland with warehouse and dispatch duties, offering plenty of variety in your day.

About the Role

As a Truck Driver / Truck Loader, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive their glass products safely and on time.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering glass products Locally and throughout North Queensland
• Loading and unloading glass products safely
• Preparing and loading orders for dispatch
• Racking and storing glass products
• Conducting quality checks before dispatch
• Assisting with warehouse and dispatch operations
• General housekeeping and maintaining a clean, safe work environment
• Working closely with production and dispatch teams to ensure customer orders are delivered accurately and on schedule

This is a physically active role that combines driving with warehouse responsibilities, making it ideal for someone who enjoys variety and being part of a team.

What You'll Bring

We're looking for people who are:

• Hold a current HR or MR Driver Licence (essential)
• Committed to working safely every day
• Reliable, motivated and punctual
• Willing to learn and contribute to a team environment
• Comfortable using computers for basic warehouse and dispatch tasks
• Able to perform manual handling and physical work

While not essential, the following licences and experience will be highly regarded:

• Forklift Licence
• Overhead Crane experience
• Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience

Don't have experience in the glass industry? That's okay—we'll provide all the training you need.
