MR Truck Driver

This role is responsible for the safe, compliant and efficient delivery and collection of goods, while maintaining professionalism in residential areas, attention to detail and clear communication.

Key responsibilities

• Delivery of polystyrene pods to residential building sites
• Ensuring all deliveries are correct and secured safely
• Collection of leftover polystyrene scrap from residential building sites
• Provide exceptional customer service as a face of Polystar
• Completion of accurate delivery documentation including clear photos
• High standard of vehicle care, including conducting pre-start checklists, reporting any faults, issues or damage
• Ensuring compliance with transport regulations and Polystar procedures

About you

• Minimum of a Manual MR Drivers Licence
• Hold a National Driver Work Diary (Logbook)
• Physically fit, as the product (light polystyrene) is offloaded by hand
• Truck and trailer driving experience is advantageous but not essentialKnowledge of Brisbane and surrounding areas is a benefit
• Take pride in your vehicle and work
