Software Sales & Marketing Executive

Job DescriptionJob Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Software Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team immediately . In this role, you will be responsible for sales, client engagement, business development, marketing and enhancements. Role: Software Sales & Marketing Executive Experience: 3 to 4 Yrs Position: Permanent Location: Chennai (WFO) Preference: Immediate Joiners Key Responsibilities Generate Leads: Identify and qualify potential clients through cold calling, email outreach, networking, referrals, and digital campaigns.

Present Software: Conduct product demos and presentations, clearly explaining software features, benefits, and business value. Understand Client Needs: Identify customer requirements, challenges, and pain points to recommend the right software solutions. Build Client Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing customers through regular follow-ups.

Negotiate & Close: Prepare proposals and quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and convert qualified leads into successful sales. Manage Sales Pipeline: Maintain accurate lead, customer, and sales pipeline records using CRM tools and regularly track sales performance. Market Research: Monitor industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

Requirements 3–4 years of experience in Software Sales & Marketing or IT Sales Strong understanding of software products, SaaS solutions, or IT services Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong negotiation, presentation, and client-handling abilities Experience in lead generation, business development, and sales conversion Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting processes Target-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated approach Follow our LinkedIn Page for frequent updates and job posts.
