Bilingual Customer Service Engineer

Job Description

As a Bilingual Customer Service Engineer for Reynolds and Reynolds, you will perform onsite installation and maintenance support on a variety of computer equipment, printers, and network equipment. Each technician is provided with a company vehicle that will be used to travel to our customer sites. Other duties include maintaining an inventory of repair parts and documenting your work through our service tracking system.

Hardware you will be working with but not limited to

• Dell Servers
• PC's
• Switches / Routers
• Printers / Scanners
• Serial Converters & Serial Devices
• CSU/DSU Modems
• Fiber Converters

Training

You will attend a 4-6-week paid training course in College Station, Texas, US. The training is primarily a hands-on familiarization course of the equipment at customer sites and will also teach our policies and procedures.

A company vehicle will be provided for all business-related use.

Requirements

• Perfectly bilingual in French and English to be able to communicate with our clients located outside of Quebec.
• Must have 2-3+ years of technical experience
• Must be able to attend a 6-week paid training class in United States
• Must be able to lift 50+ pounds
• Open to traveling up to 25%
• Excellent communication skills, organized and personable
• Good driving record with no more than 2 moving violations in the past 3 years
• Computer education or diploma preferred
