𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲: SAP Group Reporting and Consolidation Consultant

𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗦𝘂𝗺𝗺𝗮𝗿𝘆

We are looking for an experienced 𝗦𝗔𝗣 𝗚𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗽 𝗥𝗲𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗼𝗹𝗶𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘀𝘂𝗹𝘁𝗮𝗻𝘁 to configure and support S/4HANA Group Reporting, including consolidation units and groups, currency translation, ownership, reporting design, and root cause analysis on mapping and ownership issues during close.

𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲 𝗣𝘂𝗿𝗽𝗼𝘀𝗲

To keep the group consolidation close running on time and to audit standards, while owning the configuration behind the consolidation process.

🛠️ 𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀

✅ Configure consolidation units, consolidation groups, and group structure

✅ Configure currency translation methods, rates, and translation difference logic

✅ Configure and maintain consolidation chart of accounts and FS item mapping

✅ Support consolidation monitor through close, clearing tasks, and blocking issues

✅ Perform root cause analysis on ownership, mapping, and elimination differences

✅ Configure and support intercompany elimination and reconciliation reporting

✅ Design and maintain group reporting outputs and validation rules

✅ Support statutory and management reporting requirements with finance teams

✅ Support testing, cutover, and hypercare for structural changes such as new entity setup

✅ Maintain close calendar documentation, configuration notes, and runbooks

𝗠𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝗛𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀

✔️ Hands-on SAP S/4HANA Group Reporting configuration and close support

✔️ Strong experience in consolidation units and groups

✔️ Experience in currency translation and elimination logic

✔️ Strong knowledge of consolidation chart of accounts and FS item mapping

✔️ Root cause analysis experience on ownership and mapping issues during live close

✔️ Working knowledge of SAP FI and feeder data dependencies

✔️ Experience in Level 3 / Level 4 application support

✔️ Strong documentation, troubleshooting, and stakeholder coordination skills

✔️ SAP BPC or legacy consolidation tool migration experience

✔️ Group reporting data collection from non-SAP entities

✔️ Statutory reporting experience in listed or group-audited environment

✔️ SAP Certified Application Professional — S/4HANA for Group Reporting

✔️ SAP BPC integration training

✔️ SAP S/4HANA Finance training
