Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide advanced operational support for network and security services across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments.
• Perform incident response, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis for complex network and security issues.
• Monitor and maintain network availability, performance, and security across production environments.
• Support hybrid and multi-cloud networking environments using technologies such as Cisco, Palo Alto, AWS, and Azure.
• Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot firewalls, load balancers, and other network security components.
• Support data center network infrastructure, including Cisco Nexus and related networking technologies.
• Collaborate with Network Engineering, Security, and Delivery teams to transition new services and solutions into production support.
• Ensure network and security services meet operational, availability, and performance requirements.
• Participate in incident, problem, and change management activities as required.

Experience:

• 5.5–8 years of relevant experience in Network Engineering, Cloud Networking, or Network Security.
• Hands-on experience with AWS and Azure cloud environments.
• Strong experience in Firewall technologies, preferably Palo Alto.
• Experience with Load Balancing technologies.
• Experience with Cisco Nexus and data center networking.
• Experience troubleshooting complex network and security incidents in production environments.
• Exposure to hybrid and multi-cloud network infrastructure.

Good to Have:

• Experience as a Network Engineer in enterprise or data center environments.
• Knowledge of network security operations and security monitoring.
• Experience working with large-scale production network infrastructure.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, Networking, or a related field.
