Aggarwal Sweets is an established restaurant specializing in authentic Indian cuisine, serving a high volume of customers in a fast‑paced environment. The business operates with multiple kitchen staff and requires structured leadership to ensure consistent food quality, operational efficiency, and compliance with food safety standards. Job Responsibilities Schedule and supervise kitchen helpers

Operate a Tandoor (clay oven) Prepare various breads, vegetarian and non‑vegetarian items in the tandoor Know exact cooking times for all items

Oversee kitchen operations to ensure smooth running Clean kitchen and work area as required Plan menus per client’s requirement and restaurant demand

Determine food portions for all dishes Introduce new dishes Estimate food requirements and costs and monitor and order supplies

Train kitchen staff Specialize in preparing and cooking ethnic cuisine and special dishes Work with minimal or no supervision

Prepare all different types of Indian dishes served on our menu Job Requirements Languages:

English Education: High school graduate not required but an asset

Experience: 1‑2 years Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:

Fast‑paced environment, work under pressure, attention to detail Personal Suitability: Organized, effective interpersonal skills, judgment, team player
