Field Service Technician

We are seeking a hands on Field Service Technician to join a growing national business supplying industry leading collision repair equipment and technology. This is an excellent opportunity to move beyond the workshop and build a long term career in a technical field service role with full training and career progression. You will gain valuable skills in equipment installation, servicing, diagnostics, customer training, and technical support while working across NSW and occasionally interstate.

Role

• Assembly, delivery and site installation of equipment
• Perform servicing, preventative maintenance and repairs
• Learn to service a wide range of automotive workshop equipment
• Support customer training and product demonstrations
• Build strong relationships with customers
• Assist senior technicians when required
• Maintain service vehicle
• Occasional interstate travel when required

Requirements

• Trade qualification as a Panel Beater, Spray Painter, Mechanic, or similar automotive trade (preferred)
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment
• Current driver licence
• Willingness to travel when required
