Overview

In this Brand Marketing Manager role, you accelerate growth for SEPHORA UK’s surge and priority brands, including exclusive Only at SEPHORA offerings. You will translate brand ambitions into omnichannel marketing plans to boost visibility and commercial results. You’ll lead launches and ongoing programmes, coordinating cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver impactful campaigns.

This role offers the chance to shape brand stories in a dynamic beauty market and collaborate across Marketing, Commercial, Digital, and Global teams.

Responsibilities
  • Build trusted partnerships with surge and priority brands to align marketing with commercial goals
  • Lead end-to-end planning and delivery of 360-degree omnichannel launches
  • Coordinate cross-functional task forces and manage internal stakeholders to keep activity on track
  • Identify opportunities with wider Marketing teams to strengthen launches and sustained growth
  • Manage campaign assets, timelines and approvals per brand guidelines
  • Present launch strategies and progress to senior leadership and business stakeholders
  • Track campaign performance (sales, traffic, sell-through, ROIs) to spot optimisation opportunities
  • Create post-campaign reports and strategic recommendations for brand partners and Global teams
  • Collaborate with Digital and Media teams to optimise paid search, paid social and affiliate activity
  • Support annual/global priorities, including First at SEPHORA launches
  • Own brand incubation, co-op and local marketing budgets to maximise impact
  • Manage external agency relationships across media, events and production
Key requirements
  • strong experience in brand, account or retail marketing
  • ability to lead integrated omnichannel campaigns from concept to launch and review
  • excellent project management and coordination across multiple contributors
  • strong communication and presentation skills with stakeholder influence
  • commercial/analytical capability using sales and digital performance data
  • experience managing marketing budgets and using insights to improve ROI
  • strong understanding of digital and retail marketing channels
  • proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • degree in Marketing/Communications/Business Administration or related (beneficial)
