The Opportunity

\n

A high-growth, multi-entity group is seeking a Senior Accountant to join its Perth-based finance team.

\n

Supporting a portfolio of ~10 entities, this role sits within a collaborative team of 6–7 and will play a key role in financial control, compliance, and reporting as the business continues to scale.

Key Responsibilities

\n

\n
• Lead month-end close across multiple entities
\n
• Prepare management reports and variance analysis (Oracle NetSuite)
\n
• Manage BAS, FBT and statutory compliance obligations
\n
• Partner with external auditors through year-end and audit cycles
\n
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes
\n
• Business partner with operational stakeholders across the group
\n
• Drive process improvements, controls and reporting enhancements
\n

About You

\n

\n
• CA/CPA qualified (or near completion)
\n
• Proven experience across multi-entity/group structures
\n
• Strong technical grounding in compliance, tax and statutory reporting
\n
• Experience managing external audits
\n
• Big 4 or mid-tier training highly regarded
\n
• Exposure to Oracle NetSuite advantageous
\n
• Background in engineering, construction or project environments a plus
\n
