Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and skilled Video Editor to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for editing engaging video content for YouTube and other digital platforms.

The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of storytelling, pacing, transitions, sound effects, subtitles, music, and visual effects and should be able to create clean and engaging videos.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit long-form and short-form video content for YouTube and social media platforms.
• Create engaging edits with proper pacing, transitions, music, sound effects, and graphics.
• Understand raw footage and convert it into polished, engaging content.
• Add subtitles, captions, animations, B-rolls, images, and other visual elements where required.
• Maintain consistency in editing style, quality, and branding.
• Work independently and complete videos within the given timelines.
• Take feedback and make required revisions.
• Organize and manage video project files and assets.

Required Skills & Experience

• 1–2 years of professional video editing experience.
• Strong knowledge of video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
• Good understanding of storytelling and visual composition.
• Experience editing YouTube-style content is preferred.
• Candidates should be able to understand and create editing styles similar to the reference channels:
• Daniel Dalen: YouTube Channel
• Bruno Casanovas: YouTube Channel
• Should have a good sense of timing, pacing, music selection, sound design, and visual storytelling.
• A strong portfolio/showreel is required.
