About the Role
\nWe’re hiring full-time Customer Service Representatives to join our Modbury-based Federal Government support team. In this role, you’ll be the friendly and professional first point of contact for customers — helping them solve problems, access essential services, and achieve the best possible outcomes.
\nEvery interaction is unique. You’ll use your empathy, listening skills, and problem-solving abilities to deliver high-quality experiences that truly make a difference.

\n\n
What You’ll Do
\n- \n
- Handle inbound customer enquiries via phone, email, and processing items \n
- Build rapport quickly while providing accurate, timely information \n
- Identify and resolve issues by following clear processes and guidelines \n
- Meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for customer satisfaction and service quality \n
\n
What We’re Looking For
\n- \n
- Clear, confident verbal and written communication \n
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy under time pressure \n
- Team player who contributes to a positive environment \n
- Empathy and patience, especially when assisting people in challenging situations \n
- Comfortable navigating multiple computer systems (typing speed 20 WPM or higher) \n
- Australian Citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain a Security Clearance \n
- Previous customer service or contact centre experience is highly regarded but not essential — transferable skills are welcome; our training will set you up for success \n
\n
Operating Hours
\nFull-time roles available. Rostered shifts Monday–Friday between 7:00am and 7:30pm on a rotating roster, with some flexibility to support your commitments outside of work.
\n\n
