Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Freight Forwarding Operations Specialist with hands‑on experience in the industry and proficiency in Cargowise software. This position offers the opportunity to work within a dynamic, fast‑paced environment where you’ll play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing freight forwarding operations for international shipments.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage the end‑to‑end process of freight forwarding, including booking, documentation, and coordination of shipments.

Utilize Cargowise software for managing shipments, tracking, and updating client records.

Collaborate with internal teams, customers, and external suppliers to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Provide timely updates and communicate effectively with clients regarding the status of their shipments.

Resolve any operational issues or delays with shipments and work to resolve disputes as necessary.

Monitor the performance of suppliers and vendors and report performance metrics to management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or supply chain management.

Proficiency with Cargowise.

Strong understanding of freight forwarding procedures.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with customers and external partners.

Experience in both sea freight and air freight forwarding is preferred.

Ability to work in a team‑oriented environment as well as independently.
