About the role
Our client, a leading Government organisation are seeking a Service Delivery Coordinator. You will work closely with the Service Delivery Manager, you’ll help coordinate the operational delivery of ICT services across a complex technology environment.
You’ll be the key link between customers, technical teams and external providers, managing incidents, escalations, service activities and ongoing improvement initiatives.
Key responsibilities

• Coordinate ICT incidents, faults and service desk escalations through to resolution
• Act as a key operational contact for customers, vendors and stakeholders
• Coordinate technical teams and external service providers
• Support hardware asset management, lifecycle activities and minor works
• Track operational risks, issues, actions and service performance
• Coordinate service reviews and operational meetings
• Maintain service documentation, procedures and knowledge articles
• Support service planning, reporting, contracts and budget activities
• Identify opportunities to improve service delivery
• Contribute to broader ICT projects and initiatives

Skills and Experience
We’re looking for someone with:

• 3–5 years’ experience across ICT service delivery, service management, managed services or ICT operations
• Strong experience managing incidents, problems and escalations
• Experience coordinating technical teams and third-party vendors
• Knowledge of ITIL-based service environments
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Confidence running operational service meetings and managing competing priorities
• Strong documentation, risk and issue management capability
• A proactive, customer-focused approach with genuine curiosity and willingness to learn
• Experience within large, complex or government environments will be highly regarded.
