Warehouse Team Lead

Shift Patterns: Late Shifts (14:00-22:30) & Night Shifts (22:00-06:30)

About the Role

We're looking for a hands-on Warehouse & Logistics Team Leader to lead and motivate a team within a fast-paced warehouse and logistics operation. You'll be responsible for driving productivity, ensuring operational excellence, maintaining high safety standards, and supporting the development of your team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and motivate a warehouse team to achieve operational targets.
• Manage daily workflow, resource allocation, and shift performance.
• Monitor productivity, KPIs, attendance, and performance standards.
• Conduct team briefings and communicate operational priorities.
• Drive continuous improvement and identify opportunities to increase efficiency.
• Ensure Health & Safety standards are always maintained.
• Resolve operational issues quickly and effectively.
• Support employee development and create a positive team culture.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in a Warehouse, Logistics, Distribution, or Transport environment.
• Proven experience leading or supervising a team.
• Strong communication and people management skills.
• Experience working with KPIs and productivity targets.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
• Good understanding of Health & Safety requirements.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced operational environment.
