Treasury & Operations Accountant - Family Office - Dublin City

HireForce is working with a highly regarded family office in Dublin City to recruit a Treasury & Operations Accountant. This is an excellent opportunity for a recently qualified accountant looking to make their first move from practice into a broad and commercially focused role. Treasury will be a significant part of the position, combined with responsibility for financial operations and reporting across a diverse portfolio of companies, investments and assets.

The role would be particularly well suited to someone trained within a Big 4 or Top 10 accounting firm. Experience in outsourced accounting, corporate services or managing multiple client entities would be especially relevant.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing daily cash positions and liquidity across multiple entities
• Preparing cash-flow forecasts and monitoring future funding requirements
• Coordinating payments, intercompany transfers and capital movements
• Managing bank accounts, mandates and online banking platforms
• Supporting foreign exchange transactions and monitoring currency exposure
• Liaising with banks, investment managers and external advisers
• Preparing treasury, management and financial reports
• Supporting the accounting and administration of multiple companies and investments
• Assisting with statutory reporting, audits and tax compliance
• Maintaining strong financial controls and identifying opportunities to improve processes
• Supporting ad hoc investment, financing and operational projects
