Field Service Technician

Take-home service vehicle | Field based role | Servicing Victoria

Hako Australia is looking for an experienced Field Service Technician / Mechanic to join our Victorian service team.

Based in Scoresby, this is a mobile service role servicing customers across Melbourne and Greater Victoria. You will be responsible for maintaining and repairing German manufactured commercial cleaning equipment used by councils, stadiums, hospitals and large facilities.

This role suits someone who enjoys working independently, solving mechanical problems and getting out on the road.

The Role

• Service and repair commercial cleaning equipment
• Carry out diagnostics and fault finding
• Attend customer sites across Victoria
• Occasionally work from our Scoresby workshop.

Skills & Experience

• Trade qualification – Plant Mechanic, Diesel Mechanic, Heavy Vehicle Mechanic, Automotive Mechanic or Auto Electrician
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently and manage your time
• Good communication and customer service skills

Field service experience or experience with industrial equipment will be highly regarded.
