Warehouse Operative

Location: Wacol
Pay Rate: $35.00 per hour + super
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 4:30pm
Start: Immediate

We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operative / Delivery Driver to join our client’s busy warehouse team based in Wacol.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced warehouse professional looking for ongoing work, consistent hours and the opportunity to secure a temp-to-permanent position.

The role will involve a combination of warehouse operations and multi-drop deliveries, so a current Australian Open Driver Licence is essential.

About the Role

Your duties will include:

• Picking and packing orders
• Sorting and preparing stock for dispatch
• Driving a company ute to complete multi-drop deliveries
• Loading and unloading the company vehicle
• Receiving and dispatching stock
• Manual handling and movement of materials
• Stock control and inventory checks
• General warehouse and housekeeping duties
• Ensuring all deliveries are completed safely and efficiently
• Following workplace health and safety procedures

What We're Looking For

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Minimum 2 years’ warehouse or storeperson experience
• Current Australian Open Driver Licence
• Full working rights in Australia
• Previous experience with deliveries or multi-drop runs is highly regarded
• Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
• Good attention to detail
• Ability to safely perform manual handling duties
• A positive attitude and willingness to get involved
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong commitment to workplace health and safety
